Disconnect in FieldPipe

In FieldPipe, go to Settings → Manage ad accounts and choose Disconnect. FieldPipe deletes its stored access to that ad account right away. For Facebook and Instagram, Disconnect also removes FieldPipe from your Facebook account when it can (not while another business on FieldPipe uses the same Facebook login), and tells you if it couldn’t, so you can remove it there yourself (below). Your ads keep running as they are on the platform.

Remove FieldPipe on the platform

  • Facebook and Instagram: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove FieldPipe. Facebook tells FieldPipe, and FieldPipe deletes its stored access for every business you connected with that Facebook login. If you also ask Facebook to delete your data, you get a confirmation code and a link back to this page to check on it.
  • Google: in your Google Account, open the third-party access page (Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services) and remove FieldPipe. Google doesn’t tell FieldPipe when you do this, so FieldPipe deletes its stored access to your Google Ads account the next time it tries to renew that access and Google refuses. To delete it right away, also disconnect in FieldPipe.
  • TikTok: remove FieldPipe from your TikTok for Business account’s authorized apps. FieldPipe doesn’t store access to TikTok accounts yet, so there’s nothing kept on our side.

If you gave FieldPipe’s team (WITTCO LLC) partner or manager access to an ad account instead, remove it in that platform’s business settings to end the team’s access.

Delete your FieldPipe account

To delete your FieldPipe account and everything in it (business details, photos, campaigns, results, and leads), email hello@fieldpipe.app from your account’s email address. We confirm the request and delete it within 30 days.

What we keep

  • Billing records (payments through Stripe) that tax law requires us to keep, even after your account is deleted.
  • Ads already in your ad accounts. They belong to your business on Google, Meta, and TikTok, and you control them there: disconnecting or deleting FieldPipe doesn’t pause or delete them.
  • Campaign results FieldPipe already imported (such as spend and clicks) stay in your FieldPipe account after you disconnect, until you delete the account.
